I received my B.A. in political science and international affairs. While at Georgia State, I studied in London for a summer. This trip was my second study abroad trip while I’ve been in law school. While I've always had an interest in international affairs, I had never really thought about working with the U.S. consulate or embassy until this trip. With that, it was great to hear all of the speakers at the U.S. Consulate Office. I really like the placement system. One has to complete a two to three year post in a desirable location such as Sydney, but would also have to complete a post in a more challenging part of the world. This is something I could definitely see myself doing.
